One of the most amazing demos at the NAMM show was at the TC Electronics booth. A solo guitarist/singer played a number of songs and was able to have intelligent 4 part harmonies accompany him through the use of "VoiceLive". Those of you that know us know that I'm the gearhound in the family, but Joy ( my wife and the lead singer in our band) was absolutely blown away with the vocals that we heard. 1 person singing, and you heard the perfect 4 part harmonies for Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young's "Helplessly Hoping". We decided we'd have to buy it as soon as we got back from NAMM, but unbelievably at the drawing for a free VoiceLive at 5 PM on Saturday at the TC Electronic booth, they picked Joy's name out of the box and we won the darn thing!!! Really, if you're gigging or recording you owe it to yourself to check this thing out, it is a truly amazing piece of equipment. Here's the link:

BTW...it also does real time pitch correction for those of you that may record a singer with "accuracy" issues...
