Oh, yeah, still an issue, much less, haven't been to court in a couple years, but she is still certifiably insane (my personal opinion and not to be taken as professional diagnosis in any way).

Here's another example of fun with insurance, since we're on topic;
This happened saturday after coming back from a friend's house, checking on 2 dirt bikes, btw. Bambi's mom popped out from the side weeds (very tall) and landed right in my path. My son and I are not injured, as the deer pushed in the front then flipped over the car.
But now I have the fun of getting it fixed. It's at the shop now, as I have full coverage.
I told my son, who's getting ready to get his license, if you put your car on the road, you WILL hit something, sooner or later. Not if, but when. Especially up north here in the boonies, lotsa deer floating around this year.
Now I'm driving my gas-guzzling backup 4x4 F150 extended cab. oh well.

When i got hit from behind, pushing me into the car in front of me, I was pretty mad and my neck hurt...but then I realized both the girls that hit me were way hotter than Flo, so I just enjoyed their company and quietly called insurance companies. hah
