DOES ANY ONE KEEP HAVING ENDLESS PROBLEMS WITH FIREPOD (aka SHITPOD)??
I HAVE ONE AND IT NEVER WORKS FOR MORE THAN A FEW HOURE BEFORE I HAVE TO REINSTALL!
I ALSO HAVE A FOCUSRITE SAFFIRE PRO ON ANOTHER PC AND I LOVE IT!
I THOUGHT MAYBE IT WAS JUST THE PC SO SWOPPED THEM OVER FOR A WHILD, BUT ITS THE SAME OLD CRAP!
DO NOT BUY A SHITPOD!!!

Nov 29, 2007 11:20 am Just as a matter of observation, you are new to the forum and obviously have had difficult experiences with your Firepod. However you do not need to reply to each 'old' firepod thread stating it sucks.
Also the use of capitals throughout your reply doesn't make you get the message through any faster or louder!!
Perhaps it would be good to introduce yourself to the members and contribute in a constructive way like 99.99% of the members here do.
If you have questions regarding the firepod I am sure that there are some users here who would only be to happy to help

... maybe I've just been watching the SCO message boards too much... but that came off as FUD to me... holiday shopping season with a tight market and all... IMHO, YMMV, etc...

personally I would be doing a traceroute to see where this guy actually came from... because if it _is_ FUD then a vendor needs a stern talking to and a bill for spamming...

He acted like an idiot, but hardly ban worthy...unless it keeps up.
