#1 vs. #2 in our league, and it was a good one. My star QB decided to choke, my sleeper RB must've actually slept thru the game, and my receivers were all thumbs. Then Jim's 3rd receiver decides to catch 3 TD passes, and his kicker's score looks more like a 1st RB's score. Oh the pain.

I mean, it must be a special week when your QB scores -1 points and you still make the season-high score for our league. Nice one.

You know, Tad...that's the way I roll. I set my team up according to the lunar calendar and periodic biorhytm charts so I know exactly when my players will perform to the best of their abilities.

Yeah, Hasselback really let me down, but I guess it didn't matter.

Maybe we'll see you in the playoffs? That's when my team really chokes!

Dont feel bad Tad, as of yesterday I'm getting my proverbial *** handed to me. But I still have 2 palyers playing tongiht, my QB and one other. I need more then 27 points though and I dont see it happening, although anything is possible. If I dont I'll be 0-4.

I'm such a loser. :-(

My fantasy team stinks really, really, really, really, really bad.

I could use a bye week to regroup.

I don't even want to talk about the Giants' secondary, we've only played 3 games and they've already had more balls bounce off their chests than Paris Hilton.

hey, i was looking at shepherdsam's match, his opponent (full contact) didn't even move 2 bye week players, and still trounced sam, er, i mean, still won =).

course, full contact's defense scored 25 points this week. eesh.

So now I have to face dB and Peyton Manning without the only other fantasy QB who could stack up (Palmer is on a bye week). I pulled a quick free agency grab and stuck Huard in there, who's playing ARI this weekend...hopefully it'll be another 2 or 3 TD week for him.

I don't like this 3rd place business. I guess I'm going to have to harness Jim's near-cosmic understanding of player potential for this one :D

I like Peyton's commercial when he's cheering on the car mechanic and the restaurant employees and getting a watermelon signed for his brother. That commercial is so true.

And Noize, I may start some of my bye week players just to give you a sporting chance. There's no way Hasselback is gonna let me down two weeks in a row.

Jim, I am going to watch my team news till noon on Sunday. I looked good at first glance but I'm sure the projected scores dont mean squat since I was projected to win last week and lost my tail end.

Crap!! I just noticed that BOTH of my QBs have bye weeks this weekend. WTF? How did I let that happen?

It's off to the waiver line!

(Of course, last week my QB actually HURT my total score (-1) but I still sent Tad home with his tail between his legs!)

I think I saw Kurt Warner on there...I'm gonna pick him up.

Now I'll have to work harder. I was hoping you'd forget to check your players on bye week's. THat was probably my only hope. Oh well, I'll have to search myself for a couple better players as well..

I didn't think I'd end up watching this that close, but now I've been sucked into it.
