god love 'em.

i can't stop eating them. i had to limit myself to one night per week, but at least two nights a weak i am literally haunted with desire and go to bed dreaming of them.

throw in a side of fried potato somethings, done extra crispy, with lots and lots of bleu cheese for dipping.

jeebus.

Have some of Pizza Hut's Wing Street wings...that'll cure you of your love for wings in a hurry. Worst wings ever.

dude, i am the wing master!!! we use Franks Hot Sauce (my personal fav) at the bar i work at...i prefer ranch dressin' with mine (the hot/cool factor really complements eachother) one cool trick i learned when a customer complained that our wings are too hot, is to re-fry them after they've already been coated, apparently this gets rid of almost all the heat, and leaves behind a bunch of salt elements....re-coat in medium or mild for a totally unique flavor....mmmm wings.

After that playoff game the other day, I'm going to have a real hard time ordering any wings for a while . : (

WYD : That is the best way to make 'em ! I've only had 'em that way once years ago, and haven't found a place that makes 'em like that since . The best !

Damn... now I'm hungry ! : p

I spent 4 years in Buffalo, NY during college. That is the mecha for wings. We used to go to the Anchor Bar on Friday's or Saturday nights for some live jazz, a beer or two, and of course incredible wings! The other place in Buffalo to get great wings was Duff's. Man, that place was so dank. We'd go for the lunch special... A dozen wings and two sides (I always got fries and chili) for like 6.99... pretty good deal. The best part was they gave you these little buckets for all of your bones and junk. Great place.

I moved out to Rochester, NY after college and I still haven't found wings adeque enough to fill the missing void. All Rochester has (and is famous for) are garbage plates. Eh. Doesn't do much for me. Atleast they have some decent pizza places and some great places to get a huge variety of mirco and import beers.

forty, I'm with you. As are Tuna and Ray. I have to say Hooters is definately a very close second in the wing department. But indeed BW3's aka: Buffalo Wild Wings is absolutely great. The first time Raymond tried it he ordered the nuclear fusion or what ever the second to the hottest was. He had sweat running down his forhead, but would not stop plowing through them. And Tuna used to go to Chi Chi's with me after softball back in the day. And the guys on the team would feed him wings and watch in dis-belief as he would just pound em down.

But I gotta give the Hooters here in B-Ville some props for having some massive sized wings. But BW3's has a much better beer selection to go with those wings.

Oh give me a break, hooter has nothing but busty waitresses...the food is standard pub fare at best.

Anyone who says otherwise is simply trying to justify hanging out in what is basically a clothed titty bar. They have a lame beer selection, standard pub food for above pub food prices.

Don't get me wrong, every straight guy likes the Hooters scene now and then, but don't start selling it like it's actually quality food...

Their wings are bigger. :-)

I did state that BW3's beer selection is much better as well.

But agree, I dont buy their regular menu items, jsut wings. Usually order a bucket to go.

But BW3's got way better sauce choices for the wings without a doubt.

And besides, the B-Ville Hooters has some kinda flat chested waitresses by normal Hooters standards. So no, that isnt why I go there. :-P

They must have re-staffed then, cuz when we were there on opening night there were plenty of "gifted" women there...

dB, ya they slowly replaced the good ones we saw when it first opened. They even hired some that I and the boyz deemed kinda ugly to be working at Hooters. I believe if I heard correctly though that they actually rotate them through their stores. So maybe someday they will have a good crop again. Its been awhile since the last time we went and ate in there.

Geoff, I figured you say that.

WYD, I think all but maybe one ChiChi's closed here in MN. In fact I think that one is gone as well no. I dont hear any radio commercials for them at all anymore.

Ooooh man. I'm having a bbq today and hot wings are definatly on the menu. Yeah baby, Wingstop, buffalo wild wings, and some other place within 5 minutes walking distance of my house... it's going to be nice! Big bucket of wings to go, some chicken, ribs, brisket, and beer and I'll be a happy man.

Brisket, nothing like a nice piece of beef. Only place up here to get it is Famous Daves, and it isnt near as good as it used to be.
