Sorry, I needed to vent amongst friends.....

Woke up this morning, and my boxfish was dead.
Not the beginning of a song, thank you!
Problem with boxfish is that they release a toxin when they die. All of the other fish but one are dead too. The one that lived was my least favourite (big, bullying clownfish).

Gah.
Luckily, the invertebrates survived.
Guess what I'll be doing for the next week?
Yep, cleaning the aquarium.

Oh, the dust on my guitars....

That sucks man...I have kept a couple salt water tanks, had stingrays, morays, lion fish and others, but never a box fish...

Now that my kids are getting older I want to get a nice big aquarium again...but it's gonna be all African Cichlids, prolly Lake Malawi fish...hearty fish and pretty too.

Sorry to hear that Tallchap. I've got 2 tanks, well 3 if I count the guppies (couldn't kill them if poured clorox in their water) fresh water with gold fish and have 1 that is having problems, had to move him to his own tank. Now I need to get yet a bigger tank, cause the 1 gold fish is getting to big for it and it's a 40 gallon tank.
