Izotope Ozone Latency

Does anyone ever noticed that Izotope Ozone has been causing slight particular track latencies when used on single tracks in a mix?

Or may had been the setup, I've been suspecting ASIO is involved...
My setup: 24bit/48khz; ASIO; 512MB buffer; 3.2GHz processing power..

Yea, i've noticed some phase shifting before, and some slightly out of time guitar phrases. I just pull em' back a ms or 2.

All plugins will introduce latency, but most including Ozone report the latency to your host application and it should take care of it. Ozone also has settings you can play with to compensate if your host doesn't do so automatically.

i used to put ozone on single tracks, but i decided, it wasn't worth it, it's a cpu hog...which effects are you using most often?

Yep I used to try the same WYD, but Ozone isn't really meant to be used on single tracks and is indeed a bit of CPU hog trying to run multiple instances. :) It would be nice if they'd make a version geared toward single tracks, because I think Ozone has one of the nicest sounding reverbs going along with a great MB compressor.

I still occasionally use it for a track here and there though.

I've figured the settings Dan but still cant get the CPU fixed.

I'm quiting using it on single tracks too now ... same old ****.. The EQ used to be useful before HarBal.. but agree with OD, the Mastering Reverb is quite a temptation...Harmonic Exciter & Stereo Expander are more handy & graphical than others.

Still using the Mastering Reverb (10%) before the final limiting of a project.
