ok new thread.....sorry if ya'all wanted to keep that monster gooin'...
Coco i've updated the song...still got a ways to go, but its' starting to birth itself.
i've been buzy here lately, and havin' a blast at it! i'll keep ya updated, and let me know if there's something you're hearin' that you don't like (like that pitch bend on that lead synth!!!) my distortion plug dosn't like pitch bending! DOH!!! also, i still havn't touched the vocals, i've decided to stay true to the original form of the song, but i'll get to them vocals sooner or later....

Jun 08, 2005 12:00 pm Yeah, I'm still working on the dubbed out re-mix. Hopfully I'll be able to put in a good chunk of time into it this weekend and finish it up. Trying to keep elements of the original song is proving difficult. We'll see how it works out in the end. Could work, could not. We'll see. -Al

Jun 08, 2005 05:06 pm I am still waiting for coco to send me another copy of his vocals. Since I screwed up and saved a copy with reverb over the top of the origionals.

Loving it man...the pitch bend is out there - cool. I like it tae...its sounding way different to the others which I am also liking for the variety aspect so I canny wait til ye finish it up bud..very cool so far tho aye.
The drums are also cool mate..I like em. Way different and the swirly things are cool....
Alberty - man, Id love to hear that mix to for sure man...it will be soooo different and by definition, very cool. SO, bring it on man.
ZX - yah bud, I forgot aboot that - did ye ever send the MP3?? Dont seem to have it man...anyway, I'll get ya hte vocals asap.

Jun 24, 2005 12:51 pm ok man, i've uploaded the song in it's latest form...i've mitey buzy finishing up the studio i'm gonna be runnin' here in a month... gotta install air conditioning this weekend!!!! thank god!....i havent even touched mixing yet!!! i'm sorry man, what you're hearin' is just raw tracks right now...i'm thinkin' of just copyin' and pasting for the second half of the song or something, cuz i gotta get to mixing this thing SOON!

This is shaping up very cool indeed. Just listened to the new mix, its very cool. Love the swirls and ye done a good job on the beats too. The beats are actually one of the best parts of it to ma ears...real cool.

Canny wait til ye finish it all up but to my ears, its all sounding really very cool indeed.

Jun 27, 2005 01:20 pm I'm getting on my mix today or tomorrow. I haven't listened to anyone elses remixes yet, and I've got this worry (maybe unreasonable), that mine is going to sound too similar to someone elses. Anyhow, should have mine up by tomorrow night I think. By the way coco, I sampled your rhythm guitar part, and put it in my own. I hope that's ok.

Nice one...unfortunately dude, IM offski on hols to sunny Majorca for a week from tomorrow morning so I wont get it til Im back but I am REALLY looking forward to it - Im sure it'll be way cool.
Thermo - these remixes are for the song I got ya to commentate on and I have a mix with Olddog on the drums too..rockin indeed.
I also have remixes from my good bud Bleak, Flame, Loki, WYD and this one from Coolo coming. There is another on the go from Alberty I thik and ZX is doing one too. I can only really use 3 on the MP3 single I am doing as the downloads/streams would start to kill my project bandwidth but I will be compiling em all on another site for reference and I'll be running a VERY Short run of fully printed CD's which I'll send to all the remixers regardless fo country etc....should be cool for sure.
So aye, when I have em all, I post links.
