hi there again im wondering if theres a way to set a tempo for the individual loops in acid
rather than being pigeon holded to find loops that match up esactly to the tempo of the song

... hmm been a few years sence I've used acid but I think it does have a tempo stretch ability... otherwise I think the sample needs to have been "beatmaped" in which case it should do the tempo matching automatically

It's super simple. Just add the loop into the track and ACID will automatically match the loop to whatever tempo is specified for the track. Adjust the tempo, and ACID will automatically stretch the sample to the new tempo. Super easy. Only thing is if you change the tempo too drastically from the loops original tempo, you will get some degredation of the sample.

Basically if you have one loop that is say, 110bpm, and one that is 95bpm, and you stick both of them in a track where the tempo is 120bpm, it will speed both of them up so they are both playing at 120bpm. Super easy.
