Jun 12, 2011 12:54 am lovin' the vocal dynamics...very soulful, she kinda reminds me of that winehouse style....retro early 60's....but with completely modern backing tracks, which is a nice contrast honestly...i swear this vocal track could be put into an older context...ok second chorus and i'm falling in love with it....it's the soul of the vocal performance that's sucking me in. is oh land the name of the song? who is this again?

Jun 15, 2011 09:32 pm Quincy, I had not heard of Bitter:Sweet before. I just went and listened to some. They remind me of this other group that used to be real popular on TheSixtyOne.com... can't remember the name of the group at the moment. I like what I'm hearing so far, they have a retro-lounge feel, to me.
BH, that Karen Carpenter joint was great! I almost fell out of my chair at the harmonies at 3:40. Thanks for sharing.
