just thought i'd throw up a small piece of a film style score i've been working on.

I used a combination of EWQL Orchestral and LA Scoring Strings in this particular piece. I find it difficult at times to make VST instruments work together to sound realistic, but after a lot of velocity and expression tweaks it finally sounds better than someone mashing a string pad on a keyboard lol.

I found even the free EWQL stuff to be quite nice. Haven't played around with it much yet though, unfortunately.
