Headphones for metal drummer

Hi everybody. I'm new here, and I'm Italian, so... NO SLANG please!!! :-)
My problem is: I can't listen to the metronome (the cubase one) in my headphones (akg monitor 141). And even if i raise the volume, the sounds bleeds and reaches the overhead, but i DON'T want the overhead to record the click!!
So, i need (if it exists) a headphone set suitable for me: high volume, but possibly total isolation, a sealed headphones ore something similar...
So... help me please!!!

I'm not sure if this would help or not, but a friend of mine has a motorcycle helmet with headphones inside.
I don't know how sound proof if is but I'll ask him next time I see him.

This is a really simple thing to do. Get some cheaper headphones, like the ones used for a walkman. But, get the kind that have no frame to them. Just the piece that goes in your ear. They make a plug that will convert the 1/8" plug into a 1/4" plug, you may need that. Then, go to a sporting goods store and get headphones for shooting guns. They are not expensive and they will totally isolate the sound. That should help a lot.

Other wise, Sony and AKG both make total isolation phone's. I have an old pair of the Sony's and they do not bleed at all.

Thanks!

Yes, the Sony's were Studio Moniter's MDR-V6.
The AKG's I am not remembering.

But the sony's as dB said, never bleed at all.
