Antares (Autotune makers)has one though I think it sounds kind of cheesy. TC-Helicon has one but requires their DSP card so kind of pricey.

That leaves the hardware units such as Digitech's Vocalist 2/4 and TC-Helicons, they have several starting at ~ $199-$249 on up which are much better than any of the VXT's I've seen/heard.

Browsing kvraudio I see a few, although I've never used any of them so I'm not at all sure if they'll do what you need:

www.kvraudio.com/get/1590.html (free)

www.kvraudio.com/get/3526.html (commercial demo, not free but kinda cheap)

www.kvraudio.com/get/2898.html (commercial demo, not free and not cheap either)

www.kvraudio.com/get/3591.html (commercial demo, not free but kinda cheap)
