I am guessing that most folks that even get a raise this year in the working sector will be lucky to get maybe somewhere in the $500 range if they are lucky. Not even close to covering a tiny bit of inflation.
And not that $4700 is huge compared to some large company big wigs, say auto makers who are getting say, a $1.2 million bonus this year.
Didn't we just pay our good tax dollars to bail there butt's out.
OK, nuff said.
I say not, they don't deserve it.

Dec 24, 2008 09:01 am Yup, more of the same **** that got us into this mess. "Everybody but me" mentality in regard to being part of a solution. It is disturbing that these are the people we are entrusting with getting us out of the mess. Probably a little insight at how effective they will be at it.
