Nice weekend, crappy week...

This weekend was pretty nice, I got out into the garage, bought some warehouse style shelving units, organized the garage, threw crap away, organized other crap while the kids rode their bikes and played with the dog...

Now we have freezing rain, snow, sleet and yuck, possibly up to 8 inches of snow...

Global warming my ***...March 31 and it's this crap.

It's my fault...

I put my snow shovels up in the rafters and swept all the crud out of the garage and stuck my snow blower back in a corner of the garage out of the way.

I coach the Girls' JV Softball team at the high school, and we have yet to get outdoors. It's snowing like crazy right now. Our first game is supposed to be this Saturday, but there's still a half a foot of snow on the field, with more on the way.

Uncle.

we've got a weather display of the country here at work, and I see there's a big bunch of spring goodness coming our way.

Hopefully the 'snowy' part of it will keep heading north, and miss us.

Ha, Ha! Here in Philly, it's been rainy, but nice. Tomorrow it's going to be 72 degrees, but, still with rain.

For me, it's been a crappy weekend. Started off by doing a Hip Hop show at Temple U. Little Wayne or whom ever he was. Typical Hip Hop. Half the groups didn't show, the other half were running over 2 hours late.

The next day it was a jazz group for after the Soul game. (Arena Football) We had only 20 minutes to set everything up on the feild. Speakers to drum kit. Wee what fun!

Well this crappy "Spring" weather has resulted in a day off of work for me! Schools are closed around here. First time I ever remember schools closing in April due to snow!

And, no, I'm not climbing up into the rafters of the garage to get my shovels down!

We have about 6 inches of wet, heavy snow, my wife asked me if I was going to shovel/blow snow...I laughed and said "hell no, it'll be gone in a couple days"...and she was surprised.

It's April, not a chance, no shovelling here.

I did, however, make it to work today.

good weather out here this time of year.

I know I'm late, but Jim. I think it was more my fault because I washed my car and cleaned it up nicely for spring.

It's snowing like crazy here now! Many moons ago Jon Anderson and Steve Howe of Yes turned up at a gig we were playing in Germany. They are cool dudes cos they jammed with us on guitar and cow bell.

We got some snow a few weeks ago...not common for snow this time or year (or snow at all) in Western Washington.

I enjoy gloomy, snowy, stormy, and wet weather but I might be the only one in the world who does.

Yesterday, most of northern Minnesota got anywhere from 12 - 24 inches of wet, heavy snow.

Happy Spring!
