"Donald's shirt showed a military weapon and the words "Volunteer Homeland Security" on the front. The back of the shirt displayed the words "Special Issue — Resident — Lifetime License — United States Terrorist Hunting Permit — Permit No. 91101 Gun Owner — No Bag Limit" over another image of the weapon."
While agree, not appropriate for school, still, awesome shirt.

Mar 11, 2008 02:58 pm The shirt is cool but I agree, no place in school for a shirt like that. Especially with so many school shootings.
Mar 11, 2008 02:59 pm Absolutely...that kid, if not deserving detention for the shirt itself, most certainly does for being a punk-*** that didn't listen to the authorities.
I still want one for myself though.

The school district is defending its decision, saying it needs to keep students safe during a time of school shootings.

Mar 11, 2008 03:38 pm Yeah, and that kid definitely needs to spend some time at home, preferably playing some first-person-shooter video games instead of wasting his time at school socializing and learning and stuff.
Hell its a credit to his classmates that they could read all those big multi-syllable words on the shirt in the first place.
