This is Pure Green Love, as stated above Harbalized. What do you think?? Again, I am worried about the thinness of the vocals.

get them both in his music profile www.homerecordingconnecti...sic&id=4195

don't link straight to the player, please, it doesn't quite look right n' stuff.

I gotta figure out a way to link to the player or play mp3's within the forum, I am working on it, just haven't come up with a good one, yet.

Is there a way you can embed a player, the way the Youtube videos do? That would be pretty sweet!

By the way, mclir9, I did an A/B on your Pure Green love, and the HarBal-ized version is far superior, to my ears. everthing is much clearer, and I don't notice a thinning of the vocals...just crisper and cleaner vocals.

yeah, thats what I am working on, only the player system will improve site wide, song player, embedded forum player and all that kind of stuff...hopefully...

OK, any URL with an .mp3 extention found in forum text will load into a cool little flash mp3 player button.

That's step one...step two is going to require a bit more work :-)

I agree the harbalized version sounds better, though it seems to have made the kick a bit to prominent to my ears. Nice song, the vox are really good as well.

Oooops, well you got me. I wasn't being completely honest... actually I just forgot to mention.... I also went back into the mix and beefed up the kick a little per the drummers request. I am beginning to learn to kick the damn drummer outta the room though when mixing or your in for a rough time, hehe.

I have to agree as well, the HarBal version does indeed sound better as well. And ya, the kick is a tiny bit out front now. But there is again way more life in the mix.
