was up fellaz and lil mamaz.
it the houston rap artist named mr.bytch killa and im tring to start my own home recording studio.i plan to buy cubease 4 so i can make some phat azz tracks.if anyone could just reccommmend or suggest anything please do so.right now im using ejay 6 to write my rap songs too and it does sound to bad at all but i know it better out there and im hungry for it

well I assume you're going to be wanting to use midi right? So you'd need a good midi controller and a synth or two. Luckily there are a ton of free VSTi's out there. Cubase is good, I like cubase, but for midi it might be easier to lean towards sonar, or project 5.

Apr 03, 2007 03:04 pm I'm just saying, "phat azz tracks" has kinda fallen out of peoples general lexicon (if it was ever there), plus your whole post is pretty over the top, so it kinda led me to believe that this post was just there to raise some people's ire.
But lets give you the benefit of the doubt. My advice is this: If you are serious, specific questions are going to get you better answers than vague ones. And definitely read up on some of the previous posts on the board. A lot can be learned!
