Congrats, Behringer is awesome stuff.

You can buy it right from this link service.bfast.com/bfast/c...mp;bfmtype=gear and thank you very much for your support!

And have fun with the new toy...I had the 802a for a while and it is a great unit (Jamie has it now) it's the same as the 602 just a couple more channels.

I use a 602 for extra channel's and as a portable to drag around with me. I have had nothing but good time's with it, as well as the rest of my Behringer gear which include's 2 more of their mixer's.

ive had this MX802 for over a month now. this thing is so tiny and portable! i think it spends more time on the road with me than actually attached to my computer. I've recorded band practice and collected samples on my minidisc (mixer + minidisc = twotracker), and even had a beatboxing competition with friends. hope you enjoy yours as much as i do mine! -j

the really great thing is, ill be able to send "crash" my uncle out in AZ my tascam 4 track. I think to learn how to record and usethings in a computer, its helpful to start a little simpler. Ive read a couple of posts from people that never recorded before at all and just get the latest and greatest computer based stuff and are a little lost.
I bought the tascam new, and got an 80's really good tape deck at the pawn shop. using those 2 things i recorded my first stuff and mixed them down to cassette. It was amazing to me. so about 6 months later i learned of cakewalk, bought a cd burner and that was that. once you have it down in the "real" world seeing all those knobs on a computer screen is wonderful. Hope he doesnt read this, itll ruin his x-mas.

Wow! A seven year old thread! I usually use Zzounds through the HRC site. I think that is the more current online merchant of choice.

EDIT: Yeah...just go up to the "Equipment" menu at the top of the page and select Zzounds.
