I'm feeling an impasse- i'm feeling like maybe im going to quit my job. I'm tired of the travel. I want to be home with my beautiful wife and little boy. I have no idea what i'll do, but im going insane.....
that said, i wrote this today, and recorded it today in my hotel. I'd like to have the guitar talent of dragonchild,or Rasmuth. Butt I dont. Vocals, i don't even want to get into... anyway....what do ya think.....

May 07, 2006 12:21 pm Hey Tony, you sound pretty weary on this one. I like the vibe, Gave me the image of the last song of the night playing out as the cleaner sweeps around your feet...... by that i mean it conveys a feeling well, rather than suggesting everyone would have ****** off!
What lyric i could make out sounded darkly humorous, which is my cup of tea, nice stuff.
Hope you work out where you're going....
May 07, 2006 05:32 pm Tony, indeed you do sound a bit on the worn out side. On purpose I am sure, although maybe you were tired. I like the tune indeed, agree with OD the vox were abit out here and there, maybe the weary part. Most were recognizable here though. Very nicely done for a hotel room recording again. Sounding a bit Floydy if ya ask me. I think its the effect you were using on the vox. But the first verses were the mot like Floyd, then the last ones got kind of stearn.
Nicely done, and another in the ol' TonyD folder.

May 12, 2006 09:11 pm I'm gonna have to listen again tommorrow, but I swear I almost like the first mix better, you sounded moredrained, and anguished. I stll have the old mix so I will A/B them on the morrow.
