theres two of my songs in the members music rock section...they're pretty rough (check out my setup in my profile and you'll see why) but i think as songs they're good and they got us a few gigs anyway!

Sep 25, 2002 12:09 pm oh my god thats beautiful. the lyrics to "all gone" are absolutely dead on. thank you for capturing such a thought out of the air and bottleing it up for us to see.
oh and as for rating the songs, i must say, amazing vocals. the voice is of real quality, and like i said, the lyrics are on. i love the way the backing vocals was panned right on "no cigarettes". as for the recording itself, its rather "hissy" and noisy, nothing a little filtering and noise reduction couldn't cure. the master should be opened up in a wav editor and have the beginnings and ends snipped off to clean them up a bit. thanks for sharing, happy gigging and bravo. -j

Oct 06, 2002 10:02 pm Hey everybody! I just got back from a wicked 2 day backpacking excursion into the Monongahela national forest. I took my ever-present minidisc player along in case i needed to capture any good sound samples, but first i filled up two discs with mp3s off my harddrive. I just wanted to say that I took both of Flame's songs and all four of Collapse's songs with me 8 miles from civi. So that may have been the first time any of those songs were ever heard in BF West Virginia LOL. take care everybody!
