Based on the mic modeling in the POD's as well as their amp modeling and instrument modeling, I'd say preamp emulation would be minor in comparison...

Just saw the new toneport UX 1 and 2 from line 6 in MF. This looks like something that would be perfect for my little studio. Any possible review of this thing dB? I have a feeling that this would work well for guitar and bass but I am a little skeptical on the so called emulated mic pres.
