Yes, the kilt is bought, and worn a few times. Bought a nice new sporran (very plain, but multi-use), and the sgian dubh is actually a "tactical blade." Not one of those 'tea stirrers.' I made a new, custom leather scabbard for ma hose.

I was actually approached by a girl at a festival who was wearing the same tartan (Gillies). She said she'd being looking for twelve years, and had yet to meet anyone wearing Gillies. Very cool.

I love it. Being 6'4", and 225 lb. (about sixteen stone), I do stand out a bit. But, as you "warned," the lassies love it too.

3000 years of histroy, and tradition, and all they care about is whether I'm 'regimental.'

Anyway, good on the Hibs. A real result. I miss the terraces. Haven't been to a real game since my Dons (Wimbledon) were in the old First Division (pre-Premier League). Not interested in the MK Dons one bit.

Womble 'til I die.
