The video capture card that I have is Mpeg 4, and I am unaware of any software which will edit that type of file. I was hoping that someone on this board would know. I was going to buy video studio 8, until I read the part about needing to buy an additional plugin in order to edit Mpeg 4 files.

Jun 21, 2005 10:49 am Mpeg4 is quicktime. You'd have an easier time trying to convert it to .avi or just an .mpg file and then edit it.
