Hi i dont know if anyone can help.

Ive just recently bought a Emu 0404 sound card.

I have a audigy 2 which I want to use for internal midi sounds..but will both sound cards slow down my computer or effect its performance?

It shouldn't if you have a fairly modern PC and the drivers for each are decent.

I have a Delta 1010LT and an Audigy 2 plat pro and have no worries!

I am using exactly the same cards as you, and i have noticed no issues with speed.

Lost for words with all to say.

I have Delta 1010, Aardvark 20/20+, my onboard soundcard, one time I had my Soundblaster 5.1 Live on also. I know....overkill. I had no problem with 4 soundcards.
