Help with Cubase Score utility

Ok so I am being a Lazy !@#. Quantum leap time from MusicTime TM to Cubase SX. This is where I am: I have created a blank midi (my personal nymisis) track and have the score utility up. Can set up staff, Cleff, Time Signature, Key Signature, Quantisize peramater, and input notes. Just can't play anything back. Now I anticipate that the answer is "go through the learning curve like the rest of us fool!", but on the outside chance that anyone has a shortcut (hush my mouth) that will get audio out, I surely would love to hear it!

Yep, flame got it kinda on the nuggets. You do need to make sure you are outputting the midi channel to either and outside synth or a VSTi synth. I believe in Cubase you need to assign a VSTi to an audio track and then you can assign the midi tracks output to the VSTi's input and viola you got noize.

Again not meant to be smart arse like in any way shape or form.

Lemme know if that get is Walt. I got Cubase 5 but not SX, but I assume they is the same.

I'll give it a try over the weekend. Tonight I am religated to the deck with the laptop. Sandy is hosting the monthly bunko. Twelve female storm troopers in support hose throwing dice and screaming, and of course complaining bout those terble mens things. I could get lynched in that crowd.
