What exactly does it do, distortion, compress, flange, phase, whistle dixie? I am curious as it looks like a string of 4 diodes looped about, but I cant make out what is on the blue wire or exactly what path you have going there.

ring mod.. its kinda its own effect.. waldorf made a software version of one called the dpole. that thing was pretty awesome, i end up using it on a lot of drums.

ive gotta finish off the grunding on it, cos it makes a lot of hum right now unless ya hold a couple of parts with your fingers...but basically it sounds like a kinda distorted tremolo...

Dude, you got to much time on your hands. That is however pretty funny. Just make a bunch of odd sounds and grab what ya need for samples of it and cut and paste and your on your way to stardom.

YOu can find a voice bit and just make it stutter and stuff.

thats the plan, pretty much...acoustic indie rock meets electronica and sampling...
