Which software compressor does everyone think is the best? I'm looking into getting something really top-notch. I've been using the Sonar 3 Pro Sonitus Compressor and digitalfishphones. Any opinions?

Jun 19, 2004 02:35 pm The best (or one of the best) I think is actually the compressor bundled with MultitrackStudio, unfortunately it's proprietary to the app, I have been trying to talk them in to making DX or VST versions of their plugins, but doesn't sound like they are hip on the idea.
Failing that, Steinbergs that comes in their "dynamic effects" channel strip thingy is super good as is Waves.
