OK Folks...
I had posted this on the Home Recording Forum and realised it should have been here! Sorry!!...
Greetings from Scotland. I have finally recorded a song (albeit a cover) which I am actually quite happy with in terms of performance and production and audio quality.
I've been on this forum (fantastic by the way) for about 4 months now and have learned more here than I could have dreamed of learning from anywhere else in years!! So for this ... thanks.
Now, I've tried to REALLY put this into practice with my latest offering. This is a cover of the Rolling Stones "Dead Flowers" and is the first song recorded with all my new gear/software so I hope its far better than anything I've ever done before.
If you guys can have a listen (Please either download or listen HI-FI - LoFi is BADDDD!) and give me some pointers and input/advice I would be more greatful than I can say.
I can genuinely say that a lot of what I've acheived (which is a LOT more than I knew to start with) is down to this site/forum and for this I am greatful.
Here's the link.

The other song I had recorded is on there and was recorded using my old setup (i.e. Before the M-Audio Card and other stuff I bought). You can have a listen to this too if you fancy - Im quite happy with this (Noize gave me input previously which helped me sort this baby no-end) - but I am re-recording it to improve audio quality - this song is "Apart From You".
Anyway - thanks guys and enjoy (I hope!)
Cheers...
Coco.
