I am having intermittent problems with dropouts when recording 16 tracks at once. I am using the WDM drivers with four Delta 44 cards. My computer is a Pentium 4 2.8GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 160GB 7200 RPM hard drive and running Windows XP. I have not yet played with any settings like buffers and latency. If anyone has this setup or similar and can help me straighten out this dropout problem it would be greatly appreciated.

If anyone is curious about using four Delta 44 cards I can say that they are all sync'd and work fine as long as you are running XP.

If you are using Sonar 3 with a Delta, use ASIO...WAY better performance.

Agree with dB here. Why would you run them with the WDM drivers when ASIO will give you better latency and also run more stable as well. WDM is a great driver format, but ASIO is ten times more efficiant and stable.
