Has anybody used this interface? I'm so tempted to buy it. The specs seem to meet my needs and the price is right. Any info is appreciated.

Feb 05, 2004 10:26 pm It is a very capable interface, and the drivers are very stable. I know a buddy uses it on his laptop and couldnt be happier.
Feb 06, 2004 10:28 am right on! i think i finally made my mind up. i'm bidding ebay right now.
thanks
Feb 07, 2004 03:09 pm it's a good thing i didn't win the auction on ebay. i just downloaded the 410 manual from m-audio's site. according to the manual, only two inputs can be used at one time.
oh well, back to the drawing board. any other suggestions for interfaces. i need to be able to record at least 4 at a time.
Feb 07, 2004 04:25 pm This is one I recently read about in Music Tech Magazine that sound quite impressive.
service.bfast.com/bfast/c...mp;bfmtype=gear
It's currently $350 USD at Musician's Friend. Plus it comes with a 32 Track recording application that is supposed to be quite nice, though I have never used it myself.
Feb 07, 2004 07:22 pm man this looks great! at musiciansbuy.com they are adding free headphones with the deal. i downloaded the manual and everything looks good.
thanks dB. i think i've finally found what i need.
Feb 08, 2004 04:41 am Glad to hear it, I can't wait to hear what you think of it cuz it looks like a really, really cool setup.
Feb 08, 2004 05:18 am Please remember, fi you do buy it thru MF, please buy it thru links on this site to help support HRC with commission from the sale. It's what helps keep this site online :-)
And thanks for the support!
