Live Recording Software Question

Hi
I am planning to do a live recording in the next couple of months. I am wondering what software is the best to do the actual live recording with, and also to do the post mixing afterwards with. I'm using the Soundcraft M12 hooked up through a Aark 20/20+ going into my computer. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
