I found this book "The Indie Bible" www.amazon.com/exec/obido...972281/sr%3D1-1 that has gotten some very good reviews by readers and critics, and claims to have info for promotion of your music online and offline. I have not read it myself, but I thought I would share this find, since the reviews come off so well.

Jul 24, 2003 08:16 pm It's not a 'book' (at least not the one that I have), but rather a very large list of various venues, A&R contacts, etc. etc.
I used to have a half page ad in it. Quite a wealth of information really.
