I've got a few questions about software out there on the market. Most of the regulars know that I use Sonar and wavelab, and Vegas 4.0 for video . I'm wondering about Nuendo 2.0 , Halon 2.0 ( plus there strings package) and if anyone has had a chance to use Avid Xpress Pro or the likes of such for video ( a feild I'm getting more into and was wondering if there was "better" software than Vagases new 4.0 ) .

Nuendo has video features, 5.1, 7.1 and 10.1 surround sound mixing as well as encoding into those professional standards of surround formats

Other than that, not sure what else it has.

the new Vegas has 5.1 and a some nice goodies , for the price I'm thinking Nuendo 2.0 may just be a waist of $$ .
