Assuming I did my job right, all registered members should now be seeing a link to a new chatroom in the Message Forum submenu.

It remains to be seen how many people use it, but it has been asked for, so you got it. It will probably continue to be tweaked over the next few days, but the only way to truly work out the kinks is to get it in use.

Enjoy.

Feel free to take a proactive role in using this, maybe trying to see if other members want to schedule chats or anything like that. I will do all I can to help facilitate it. Just try in the forums, the mods or admins can stick the thread at the top or aotherwise tory to promote the scheduled time/date.

Any other ideas welcome.

cool, i just tryed to get in the chat room, and it was loading for like 10 minutes and still didnt load up, so i gave up. I have a cable modem, so it seems unusual. oh well, ill try again in a few minutes.

Make sure you have Flash Player version 6. it's actually been used a lot in the last couple days so I know it works, and the flash movie is only 250k...not very big. It may be your flash player.

very cool chat room, I sometimes fly WWII aircraft vs people from all over the world and we meet in an IRC chat room and its a lot of fun to talk to people live. This should be a good chat room, i cant wait to hear some bar room stories from you band members, I've got a few myself.

Ya, I actually have an IRC channel for HRC, and was prepared to use it, but I got this chatroom instead cuz I wasn't sure how many people knew how to use IRC.
