Hey guys, I'm looking for something for use on stage, for speaking. What I'd like is a wireless headset mic, without earpiece. Anyone know of any decent ones that won't break the bank?

Nov 17, 2012 06:27 pm Nice link, thanks. And no, that's not breaking the bank (yet at least lol) I'm open to other suggestions though. I pretty much want this to be a one time purchase, so I'm willing to spend a decent amount for a nice piece of gear.

Nov 19, 2012 09:34 pm I have this mic and it is probably one of the best that you could get. Comes with a variety of attachments to deal with feedback and splosives etc.... very descrete as well.

Jan 02, 2013 06:35 pm +1 on the Countryman units... Great stuff, usually comes with a few "filters" for EQ curve (set if for YOU and then you probably won't have to set it at the console), great customer service if/when they crap out (They will crap out - They all do - Ask any Broadway actor or theatrical FOH engineer).
