May 24, 2003 05:24 am its working now...just having a listen...first off, its very tony d - the d tuning (i think, or is it just in d?) and the chord progression.
its cool to hear some drums in your stuff...personally i'd stick a bit of reverb on them and turn em down a tad - but thats personal opinion. i think it'd make em sound a bit less 'machined' and a little more in fitting with the track.
the solo sounds cool...but buried in the mix a little, so thats probably something id change too...
but apart form these little niggles, its cool dude - like it!
have ya heard much (or any) 'badly drawn boy 'tony? he's not very similar to what you do...but i think youd find it interesting. if youve got realplayer theres a few tunes www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/shows/bruce/sessions/ worth checking out

May 24, 2003 09:38 am ok, ill mess with the mix a bit more. drums back- with reverb, bring lead up a tad. well see what that does.....my ears last nite just got "gooshy" after messing and messing and messing with eq, effects, levels. you know how it goes....

May 25, 2003 03:08 pm great mellow song, i dig it. not my style at all, but i could get into this. the dirty guitar tone makes it what it is. it's become a real "memorial" weekend out here with my family and all, so this song actually fits right in, cause lemme tell ya, i couldn't see at all last night either.
