Hi,
I'm recording 2 guitars into a Pendulum preamp.
The Preamp is going out to MOTU.
MOTU out to my I Book, using LOGIC 8.
I can record tracks but only able to get volume from my preamp.
I don't know how to get volume anywhere else. Any ideas?

Apr 24, 2011 11:43 am Ideally, if you're going into a line input on the MOTU (whatever the model), the only point in the chain where there should even be a gain adjustment is the head amp itself.
Unless you're talking about playback volume for the mix -- That's what your aux mix is for in whatever you're recording with.
