Superior Drummer/Cubase question

I'm trying to add some reverb to the snare only, but I'm not sure how to go about doing this. It may be something really simple but I can't seem to figure it out. I have the mics for each drum grouped and sent to it's own bus in the SD mixer. Then I have my fx from SD added on as inserts to each bus. I want to route the bus I have for the snare to it's own track in Cubase so I can use the Cubase reverb. However it seems that Superior Drummer is only being output as a single stereo track in Cubase. How do I make it show up as multitrack in Cubase instead of stereo?

Don't have much time, but if you go on toontracks forum, i once posted a question for this, and got a detailed answer with info from the manual too.

Basically, i think you have to set it up as a midi file and VST instrument track. VST!! not just "instrument" track. Then you do something fairly simple, but incredibly un-user-friendly as far as figuring out how to do without consulting your manual.

I do like cubase, i really don't mind working in it. but some of the way things are set up....freaking stupid! haha. Anyway, sorry i don't have time to find that post for you, maybe tomorrow. It'll eventually come out that each "out" track in Superior Drummers mixer can be routed out to cubases mixer. and then you can apply FX and whatnot as if the snare were taken by mics and audio and not midi. Kinda. lol

you need to send your SD track to Cubase,
do this by clicking on the track number under your SD track slider (not sure if its a right or left click) and you'll see all the options come up there.
choose "multitrack"
go to Cubase's device menu and click on VST instruments and find where you have you SD set up there. you'll see a little arrow type thing there, click on it and you'll see those options come down also, choose the corresponding number number eg 9/10 which should match the SD track you want to use.
you should now see in Cubase that new track set up there.
your ready to go.

Thanks, that's exaclty what I needed to know. I wouldn't have guessed to click on that arrow thing.

Yeah, cubase is retarded like that sometimes haha. I have to keep presets of everything "technical" i do in it. Which, after you learn the ins and outs of it, i don't mind at all. Still just makes me scratch my noggin and wonder what genius thought that'd be a good, intuitive way of handling something
