Now I'm listening on computer speakers and only the left speaker and the sub work, ahem. With that caveat out of the way, if I were mixing this, I would want to bring the vocals out more (add some volume, maybe reduce the verb a bit if you're adding some plugin verb). And, I would want to experiment with taking the bass and the harmonica down a touch in volume, but I'm not convinced this is necessary. Oh, and add some more stereo field to the mix (I kid, I kid... seeing as how I'm offering all the prior advice on the basis of ONE computer speaker. Ha). All the instruments have exceptional clarity though, and all have their own place. This sounds really good overall and close to being done.
