Soundblaster question

Hey I have a Sound Blaster Audigy 5.1, and I have been using it for a year no and it worked wonderfully until last week. I reinstalled Sonar because I wanted to upgrade and all these problems started happening. So anyway I'm back to the original version but when I need my loops imported circa Fruity Loops, I alwaysjust let them play while I have "What U Hear" selected and it sounded great. Now when I try that i have an endless delay effect that happens which ruins the recording. Also, I used to have it set up so that when I stared a new project, no MIDI tracks would be there made less hassle of deleting them for me, how can I set that template up to remove them from every new recording.

siobud, have you tried using the file-export function in Fruity? You should be able to just use that and it will save the file as a .wav if you choose, and then you just import it into Sonar.
