Blending clips into one in Cubase SX3

I created a vocal in Cubase SX3 by combining the best phrases from three different performances. The resulting vocal track is made of twenty some-odd clips. The track sounds fine in Cubase, but when I bring it into Melodyne it's extremely noisy and distorted. When I bring a whole clip into Melodyne, there is no such problem, so I suspect Melodyne just doesn't like those composite tracks.

Is there a way to permanently blend those clips in Cubase? I've used the glue tool, but I can still see the seams and the information therein. Can I turn that composite track into one that is as if it had been recorded in one take?

Thanks,

You should be able to mute all the other tracks and do an export mixdown.

Other than that, make sure that your export resolution/bit depth/sample rate is the same as your project properties in Melodyne.

Theres a function in the shortcuts (or something) menu under audio. Think its called 'Bounce'. I have it configured to CTRL + SHIFT + B. Simply select all your audio files and hit that ****. Theres also a 'close gaps function', but bounce is what you're looking for.
