Recording Midi into Cool Edit HELP!

axiom 25 controller.. usb right into the pc.
cool edit pro 2
my controller works with fruity loops, and collosus.. but i cant get the samples to record into cool edit..
i should be able to do that correct? ive tried like most the options ive got, still nothing
i feel like im just missing something.. i hope im just missing somthing simple
anyone know what im not doing right?

Apr 19, 2009 05:13 pm cool edit has been extinct for a long , long time. If your looking for something thats super easy to use, and non-intimidating, then check out reaper. It's very easy to get started. It's also widely used so there is a lot of support if you run into snags.
