In Cubase LE4,
I recorded a couple drum tracks, but messed up on routing it, so on one track I have kick all on the right side, and overheads all on the left side of the same track, is there a way to split up the track into two mono tracks with one being the kick (right side) and the other being the overhead (left side)??

If you recorded mono sources to stereo tracks, you might need to export them individually and put them in again as mono tracks.

I'm not sure how to do this in Cubase, but I know how to do it in the free audio editor Audacity ( audacity.sourceforge.net ). You can load up the stereo file and there is an option to split the stereo file into 2 mono files. Then you get rid of the blank mono file, keeping only the mono file with your signal on it. Then export the project as a new mono .wav file.
