Music Videos for Ohio bands

The Ohio Film Commission is apparently hosting a music video competition in the next month or two.

Bad news is that there's apparently only a two week window to produce the video...

Good news is that I'm an Ohio filmmaker and am looking for a band with a polished recording to produce the video for :)

They're doing this in a rather goofy manner and apparently arn't going to actually post the rules until Feb 18...with the videos due March 4th...

So I'm basically looking for bands I 'might' be able to work with.

also, no idea on sub-licensing requirements or any other legal stuff... but it's being run by the state government so it can't be too bad, right? :)

The only rule that's been posted is that it has to showcases 'Ohio' ...in a positive manner...
