Mate, what you are asking for is pretty simple but it would be nice if you introduced yourself rather than just blurting out a question.

I don't use Sonar but there will be some sort of 'audio mixdown' feature.

I'm not sure if Sonar can burn files natively but i'd be shocked if it didn't.

I'm also more than certain that the manual will explain exactly what to do.

In Sonar you "export" to mixdown to a stereo wav file, then burn that.

As far as burning, though I use Sonar, I guess I am not sure, if it does, it's not a feature I use it for, as I prefer Nero for all my media burning.

Welcome to HRC, notwithstanding bleaks apparent short temper. :-)

Also it depends on which version of Sonar you have. In Sonar 7 they introduced buring directly from Sonar's interface. But 6 and back you will still have to export your tracks as stereo wave files as dB suggested.

simply go to Files, Export, Audio and then choose the wav option. Make sure to set it to 16 bit 44.100 and your good to go. Then as dB stated use Nero or Roxio to burn the CD. I believe you can also burn straight out of Windows MEdia Player if you don't have any other options. Simply load the wav files into Media Player and hit the Burn button and away you go.
