Apr 25, 2007 01:18 pm WOOT! I'm with you there! I don't care how much of the polar ice cap melts as long as I get to see 'em turn it up to eleven again!
Spinal Tap 2, anyone?

Apr 26, 2007 09:08 pm I'm buying a DVD/VCR dubber to get rid of all my VHS tapes. Now at least I will have something to record with it to save. Spinal Tap is what rock and roll should have been.
"It's like, how much more black could this be? and the answer is none. None more black."
Apr 26, 2007 09:18 pm ...and, not only that but the music was great...Rock and Roll Creation is still one of my all time favorite tunes, it's great...Stonehenge was good, Sex Farm and Big Bottom are corny, but still cool, one band I was in used to cover big bottom, every playing bass and everything...
Great stuff!
Apr 26, 2007 11:02 pm You have to buy the DVD and watch it with the cast commentary track. They do the whole thing in character. It's great, like a whole 'nother movie within the movie. All the song videos are there too.
It's almost time to watch it again.

Apr 26, 2007 11:15 pm I know, we have almost worn out the DVD here. I'm still trying to get Break Like the Wind on vinyl. Got it on CD but really want the vinyl. There is a DVD out with the Break Like the Wind tour live stuff I am going to order tomorrow. I had not seen that one yet.
"Talk about Bum Cakes, my gals got em"
Herb, your right. I think Saturday night will be Spinal Tap night here. Maybe I can find a copy of the live Break Like the Wind DVD local here.

Kind of funny really when you see the whole thing. I'm stocked to sit here for 24 hours and watch the whole thing maybe. Take naps when the crap bands are on.
They also have the full bands list for the USA and UK shows, Nothing posted for the other continents yet though.
