dB, you have the UB1622FX pro so a question for you really.
How do you rate the effects? Mainly the compressor.

Jan 10, 2003 01:44 pm I dunno, never touched the compressor as I have a dbx unit, I like the others I have tried tho. I will try the compressor a little and try to give you some sort of an opinion.

Jan 10, 2003 01:50 pm Thanks.
I went to buy the MX1604 but it was out of stock and now I'm leaning 2wards the 1204FX-Pro but It looks too complicated and my Korg AX1000G has a load of great effects so I wasn't sure if I'd benefit from this.

Jan 12, 2003 08:02 am Also, Does this not have main mix outputs 1/4 jack connections?
Jan 12, 2003 08:27 am no, the main outputs are balanced XLR jacks, a very easy and relatively noiseless adapter to use if you need to change it to 1/4"
Jan 12, 2003 09:10 am Ya, they are, or should be, available pretty widely at Radio Shack stores or any other electronic store. You can also just buy cables (or make them) that have XLR on one end and 1/4" on the other, that would make for less adapters in the chain, they fewer the better.

Jan 15, 2003 07:28 pm "UB1622FX pro" is now in the Family!!
I'm spent up! Not even enough money for the cables to try it out Properly :-(
One question...
There are many different ways to do many different things and I'm becoming blind to the simplest of tasks.
Where do I plug my Korg Ax1000g?
Through the line-in and then my Guitar into the Korg input? or is there another/Better way?
Jan 16, 2003 05:25 am Guitar into the Korg, Korg into a channel line input.
