Feb 18, 2007 07:02 pm there was a local myth a long time ago about someone who had become a fish. fisherman began throwing back fish if the faces seemed even a little human, out of religious respect. over generations this amounted to a kind of involuntary natural selection: the slightly more human-faced fishes were the ones who were more successfully breeding, as all the other fish were being eaten!

A buddy of mine used to have this Dream-cast game called "Seamen", or something like that?? Little fishies with human faces, virtual pet kind of thing. It used to weird me out, too.

Last time i was in the ocean I lost my glasses to the brimey deep. TIme before that, same thing (Course, that could be due to the fact that both times I was drunk). Time before those two, got attacked by a manowar. Man o man those things hurt. And then there was the time we found a shark on the beach...

Feb 25, 2007 06:14 am Just back from Scotland,fantastic.Went to Loch Ness,didn't see the monster but that Loch is deep and finding something lurking down there would be difficult.
