Oct 31, 2006 06:23 pm I really dont think you overcooked it at all. If maybe slightly it turned out for the good at aleast on the mp3. Nice warm timbre to the sounds you used. And the precusion indeed does sound great. I dont hear any distortion that I would call bad at all. Then the congas come in it gets really full sounding, not fuzzy at all. The E piano sounding patche is really well done as well, no dischord there at all. I love the drum breakdown at around 3:35 it really sets up for a smooth trans spot there.
My favorite part though is the jazz drum kit. Excelant choice for this tune. Dude, I'm so jealous, I wish I had time to record some new stuff just for myself.
Anyway, another excelant piece my far away friend!
